Management change at Hauff-Technik – Dr Michael Seibold hands over to his successor after more than 20 years

After more than two decades as head of Hauff-Technik GmbH & Co. KG, Managing Director Dr Michael Seibold announced his retirement from operational management in the summer of 2025. Under his leadership, the company has developed from a regional medium-sized business with just under 100 employees and annual sales of around 20 million euros to an internationally active company with over 500 efficient solution builders and sales of around 140 million euros. At the beginning of 2026, Dr Daniel Philippe Stier will take over the management of the Hauff-Technik GROUP. The 46-year-old brings with him a wealth of experience from the automotive industry, the steel sector and fastening technology, and has already been a successful managing director at his last two companies. With his broad expertise, he will further strengthen the company strategically. ’I am filled with pride and anticipation at being able to take on the role of Managing Director at Hauff-Technik – a company that plays an important role in our industry as a leading manufacturer of sealing systems for cables, pipes and building entries. The task is challenging, the prospects are promising and my motivation couldn't be greater,‘ said the new Managing Director. ’I am very much looking forward to continuing the success story of Hauff-Technik together with my colleagues. The future managing director emphasises that he would particularly like to continue fostering the corporate culture and strong team spirit at Hauff-Technik. ‘A healthy, motivated team is the foundation for any business success,’ says Stier.

 

 

Michael Seibold has already been actively involved in the transition over the past four months to ensure a smooth handover. Until his final departure at the end of April 2026, he will continue to serve as second managing director for strategies and projects.

‘It is the right time to pass on responsibility,’ said Seibold. ‘I am convinced that my successor, with his background and leadership experience, will bring new perspectives that will further advance the Hauff-Technik GROUP.’
