Specification Sales Specialist (f/m/x) in the United Arab Emirates
Your tasks:
- Support the Sales and Technical team in the preparation of quotations, commercial offers, technical proposals, submittals, compliance documentation and product selections
- Review customer enquiries, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), drawings and specifications to identify suitable products and solutions
- Coordinate closely with the Technical team to address product selection, technical clarifications and customer requirements
- Prepare and maintain technical and commercial documentation, including datasheets, catalogues, submittals, approval documents and compliance statements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain pricing, product availability, lead times, delivery costs and technical information required for quotation preparation
- Participate in project and site visits with the Technical team to assess site conditions and collect relevant information, including measurements, photographs, cable/pipe details and installation requirements
- Assist in developing effective sealing solutions based on project drawings, specifications and actual site conditions
- Attend meetings with customers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders when required
Your skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering support, construction, MEP, infrastructure or building materials will also be considered
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Willingness to attend project and site visits as required
- A valid UAE driving license is not required for this position
